研究碳钢在青岛不同暴露方式下的大气腐蚀,结果表明:带顶盖的腐蚀面向上的B种暴露方式和带顶盖腐蚀面向下的C种暴露方式要比面朝南且与水平倾斜45°的A种暴露方式的大气腐蚀严重得多.认为这种现象与青岛的高湿度及Cl-的影响有关.

The effect of exposed mode on atmospheric corrosion for carbon steel at Qingdao area was investigated. The results show that the corrosion of carbon steel is the most severe under the B mode, which is under roof and face to horizontal by upward, and C mode, which is under roof and face to horizontal by downward. When the exposure is slope and face to the south (A mode), the corrosion of carbon steel is less than that under B and C mode. It is suggested that the corrosion phenomena are related to the high humidity and Cl-at Qingdao.
