采用DSC热分析技术和黏度实验方法,研究LSP-8020B不饱和聚酯树脂体系的固化特性和化学流变特性,建立与实验数据较为吻合的工程黏度流变模型.模型可揭示树脂体系在不同工艺条件下的黏度变化规律,定量预报树脂体系的低黏度平台工艺窗口,为该树脂体系真空导入模塑工艺参数优化和保证大型复合材料构件整体成型质量提供一定的科学依据.

The curing properties and chemorheological behaviors of LSP-8020B unsaturated polyester resin system were studied with DSC analysis and viscosity experiments. A rheological model based on the engineering viscosity equation which was in good agreement with the results of experiments is established and used to simulate the rheological behavior of LSP-8020B resin system. The processing window of LSP-8020B resin system can be well determined based on the developed model. The rheological model is important for vacuum infusion molding processing parameter optimization and quality control of integral manufacture for large-scale composite parts.
