采用离子交换法将不同含量的季鏻阳离子十二烷基三丁基溴化鏻(D)交换到钠基蛭石(Na-V)的层间得到改性蛭石(D-V),并对其结构和抗菌性能进行了表征.热重分析(TGA)结果表明D-V中D的热分解起始温度都大于240℃,具有良好的热稳定性.X射线衍射(XRD)发现D-V的层间距随着D含量的增加而增大.扫描电镜观察发现Na-V为片状结构,粒子之间相互缠绕在一起;而D-V的表面则显示出不规则的形状.随着D-V中D含量的增加,其抗菌活性逐渐增强,D含量为19.7%的D-V样品对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为720mg·L-1和100mg·L-1,显示出良好的抗菌效果.
