利用真空管式高温炉和真空电弧炉制得AlCrMnNiCuFex (x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0)多主元合金试样,并对其组织、耐蚀性和硬度进行研究.分析表明:AlCrMnNiCuFe2.0的组织最简单,组成相数远低于平衡相率所预期的相数.AlCrMnNiCuFe的晶内有纳米级颗粒析出.x由0增加到2.0,AlCrMnNiCuFex合金的硬度逐渐升高.由真空电弧炉熔炼所得铸态AlCrMnNiCuFe的晶粒比真空管式高温炉条件下所得的AlCrMnNiCuFe晶粒更细小,硬度也远高于后者.AlCrMnNiCuFe的耐蚀性优于AlCrMnNiCu.在非等摩尔比的AlCrMnNiCuFex合金系中,x越大,合金耐蚀性越好;AlCrMnNiCuFe2.0合金组织在600℃以下稳定.
