采用非织造结合热压成型工艺制备了亚麻落麻纤维增强聚乳酸(PLA)基可降解复合材料(亚麻落麻/PLA),发现植物纤维模量具有Weibull概率分布特征,将其引入到Cox模量预报模型及相关修正理论中,提出了非连续植物纤维增强可降解复合材料(D-NFRBC)弹性模量预报模型,该模型可包含纤维模量、长度、取向角概率分布对复合材料模量的影响.结果表明:亚麻落麻/PLA弹性模量在纤维体积分数为39.6%时达到最大.修正后模型对亚麻落麻/PLA弹性模量的预报精度较修正前提高3.67%.
