采用酚酞、苯胺和甲醛为原料制备了一种新型的苯并噁嗪中间体(BPZ),并通过热固化得到含酚酞结构的高性能的聚苯并噁嗪树脂(PBPZ).采用FTIR和1H NMR表征了中间体的结构,采用DSC和FTIR研究了中间体的热固化过程,最后采用DSC,DMA和TGA表征了固化树脂的热性能.结果表明:固化后所得树脂(PBPZ)具有优异的热性能,玻璃化转变温度为291℃(DSC),247℃(DMA),5%和10%的热失重温度分别为371℃和435℃,在800℃氮气氛的残炭率高达65%.
