用乙烯基树脂体系对真空辅助成型工艺(VARI)进行了初步配方设计,研究了促进剂含量以及温度变化对树脂体系固化反应时间的影响,优选了树脂配方.采用旋转黏度计对树脂体系黏度-温度特性及黏度-时间特性进行了研究,结果表明:乙烯基树脂适用于VARI工艺.并结合差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试结果,采用外推法,确定了三种树脂体系的固化工艺参数.
