制备了TeO2-AlF3 (Al2O3 )-LaF3-ZnF2体系氟氧化物玻璃.通过DSC和红外吸收光谱分析研究了Al2O3替代AlF3对氟氧化物碲酸盐玻璃热稳定性和网络结构的影响.结果表明:Al2O3替代AlF3使氟碲酸盐玻璃的玻璃转变温度和热稳定性明显提高,玻璃中形成的[AlO6]八面体使玻璃网络结构更加紧密.
