采用热压烧结方法制备了β-SiAlON/BN复合陶瓷,研究了其相组成、微观形貌、1000℃抗弯强度和1300℃抗氧化性.结果表明:β-SiAlON/BN微观形貌为片状BN夹杂在柱状β-SiAlON晶粒之间;β-SiAlON/BN复合陶瓷1000℃抗弯强度大于600MPa,并随着BN掺量的提高,1000℃抗弯强度下降;复合陶瓷1300℃以β-SiAlON氧化为主,单位面积氧化增重量随着BN掺量的提高而减少.
