采用合适的有机添加剂制备出适于流延的金属Cu料浆.研究不同有机添加剂如溶剂种类(丁酮与无水乙醇(ethanol)的混合物和纯丁酮(MEK))、粘结剂PVB含量和增塑剂的含量对金属Cu料浆的流变性能的影响.对料浆的剪切速率与剪切应力、剪切速率与黏度的关系进行了表征.研究结果表明:采用丁酮做溶剂,可以制备出黏度低、稳定性好的料浆且获得的Cu流延膜密度较高.随着粘结剂PVB含量的增加,料浆的黏度逐渐增大;随着粘结剂PVB与增塑剂的含量比P值的减小,料浆的黏度先减小后增加.所制备的Cu料浆属于宾汉姆塑性流体,呈现剪切变稀的特性,适于流延成型.
