研究了拉伸变形后V-5Cr-5Ti合金硬度和微观组织随退火温度的变化,并对微量杂质元素的影响进行了深入分析.在真空炉中进行退火,利用万能实验机和维氏硬度计进行拉伸变形和硬度测试,采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析相结构,扫描电镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(()M)观察微观组织.研究结果表明,拉伸变形后V-5Cr-5Ti合金的硬度明显增加,在700-1000℃范围内退火时,随着温度的升高,硬度逐渐下降,在900℃和1000℃达到最低值;经过1100℃油冷处理后硬度没有降低反而明显升高,并且部分晶粒出现异常长大,微观组织变得不均匀.
