采用熔融共混法制备了聚苯硫醚/羟基改性多壁碳纳米管(PPS/MWCNTs-OH)复合材料,用动态机械热分析法(DMTA)研究了PPS及PPS/MWCNTs-OH的动态力学性能.结果表明少量MWCNTs-OH的加入使PPS/MWCNTs-OH复合材料的储能模量(E′)明显提高,且随MWCNTs-OH含量增加而增加;从tanδ-T曲线看出,PPS的橡胶态(α)转变和玻璃态(β)转变峰分别出现在100.1℃和-26.8℃.随MWCNTs-OH含量增加,PPS/MWCNTs-OH复合材料的α及β转变均向高温移动,内耗峰强度明显下降.FTIR谱图显示MWCNTs-OH与PPS之间存在的分子间氢键限制了PPS分子链的热运动使刚性及耐热性提高.
