采用铜模喷铸的方法制备得到快速凝固态ZK60镁合金,并通过X射线衍射仪,扫描显微镜和能谱分析仪对铸态、挤压态和快速凝固态ZK60镁合金的组织结构及相的组成进行表征.结果发现:快速凝固态ZK60镁合金的组织均匀细小,并且样品中弥散分布着颗粒状的MgZn相,除此之外,该合金中还存在尺寸较大的富Zr共晶团.通过压缩实验发现,快速凝固态ZK60镁合金具有高强度,其压缩断裂强度达到444MPa,远高于铸态和挤压态.
