首先对T300炭纤维单丝进行拉伸实验,同步测量炭纤维单丝的电阻和应变对应关系,采集的数据表明二者存在线性关系,通过计算得到其灵敏系数K.然后,搭建二维加载平台对斜十字模型进行拉伸,并通过数码偏光显微镜实时观察加载状态下的应力分布,结果表明中心区域应力均匀.在此基础上,将单丝炭纤维电阻测量法和斜十字模型结合起来,利用前面的灵敏系数确定斜十字模型中炭纤维与基体的界面相剪切应力,结合电阻法中灵敏系数来确定单丝复合材料体系界面相应力传递效率,即实现了混合载荷下界面相力学性能的测量.
