以双酚A型环硫/环氧树脂为对象,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)跟踪环硫/环氧树脂和环氧树脂的等温固化过程.结果表明,环硫官能团26℃下固化55min可以达到0.956的转化率,14℃下固化60min,达到0.711的转化率,固化反应级数n近似为1.环硫官能团开环固化反应速率高于环氧官能团的开环固化反应速率,而且环硫/环氧树脂中环氧官能团的同化反应速率要高于环氧树脂体系中环氧官能团的固化反应速率.环氧官能团的开环固化反应在环硫/环氧树脂体系得到了促进.
