采用超支化聚硅氧烷(HBPSi)改性双马来酰亚胺-三嗪树脂(mRTM)制备了一种新型的玻璃纤维(GF)增强复合材料(GF/mRTM),着重研究了其力学、热学和耐湿热性能.结果表明,与未改性树脂相比,新型mRTM树脂与玻璃纤维之间具有更加优异的粘接性;GF/mRTM复合材料具有高的层间剪切强度、热稳定性和耐湿热性.HBPSi的加入增强了树脂与玻璃纤维之间的黏结力,提高了GF/mRTM复合材料的综合性能,在制备先进结构和功能复合材料方面显示出了很大的应用前景.
