为实现WC-Co硬质合金的性能预报和微观结构的优化,提出了一种基于“随机法”构建材料二维微观结构模型的方法,该模型包含WC-Co硬质合金微观结构中WC晶粒的平均粒径、形心位置、取向角、长径和短径尺寸以及Co相体积分数等基本参数.采用C++,Matlab和Python语言汇合编程,得到可以直接导人有限元分析软件的模型.结果表明:构建的模型反映了真实的微观结构特征,实现了微观结构的参数化建模.模型的设计参数与实际参数比较吻合,证明了建模方法的可行性和模型的可靠性.
