高级检索

利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、万能力学试验机等手段,系统研究了稀土Nd的含量对Mg-6Zn-Mn镁合金的显微结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明,稀土Nd对铸态Mg-6Zn-Mn镁合金具有明显的细化枝晶作用.经过360℃挤压后,合金显微组织发生明显变化.当Nd含量较低时(低于0.4%,质量分数),合金的动态再结晶率较低,合金的室温综合力学性能最好,与初始合金相比,其屈服强度提高了17%,达到250MPa,抗拉强度超过300MPa.然而,随着Nd含量的进一步增加,合金的动态再结晶率升高,发生完全动态再结晶,在其晶界上析出粗大的T相,而导致合金综合力学性能下降.
