以Ti粉为复合材料基体相,不规则的SiC粉为增强相,采用冷喷涂技术制备了SiC颗粒增强钛基复合材料涂层,研究了硬质相对复合涂层的显微组织和显微硬度的影响.结果表明:制备的复合涂层由两个明显的区域组成:表层的多孔区和内部的致密区,随距离涂层表面深度的增加,涂层的气孔率迅速下降;原始喷涂粉末中SiC的体积分数为30%,沉积后的复合涂层中SiC体积分数约为10%;此外,增强相SiC颗粒的加入不仅可有效地降低涂层的气孔率,还显著地提高了喷涂态涂层的显微硬度值,由(72±28) HV0.1提高至(125±17.75) HV0.3.
