采用正交实验法考察了不同注射成型工艺参数对聚碳酸酯(PC)残余应力的影响,结果表明:熔体温度对残余应力影响最大,冷却时间和模具温度次之,注射压力影响最小.熔体温度升高,分子链快速松弛,残余应力减小.同时试样浇口附近处的残余应力较大且分布集中,沿熔体流动方向,残余应力逐渐减小.对于不同成型工艺,残余应力的分布趋势基本相同.
