研究了冷却速度对AlCuFe准晶材料铸态组织及其相构成的影响.铸造时,采用各部位冷却速度有明显差别的耐火粘土模,铸模底部的冷却速度最快(约100℃/min),顶部次之,中部的冷速最低(约2℃/min).发现在铸锭中存在准晶Ⅰ相、类似相和其它晶体相,相的组成和形貌也随冷却速度的不同而有很大的差别,冷却速度愈慢,准晶Ⅰ相的含量越高,而疏松越严重.
