采用确定热轧温度场的有限元计算模型及实测轧制过程中实测点的温度值、精轧各道次轧制压力值,对热辐射传热系数、喷水冷却传热系数、接触热传导系数及塑性功转热率进行优化计算,在此基础上,得到了轧件温降及其内部温度分布规律.
