高级检索

借助统计热力学方法和正规溶液模型法估计了在αFe-N体系中氮原子与其周围最近邻氮原子之间的相互作用.两种方法估计的N-N相互作用都为排斥力,且随温度变化而变化.还估计了不同温度下EN-Fe、EFe-Fe等参数.氮的加入改变了铁晶体的晶格参数,使铁原子与铁原子之间的键能发生了改变.氮在α-Fe晶体的晶格中的分布接近于随机.
