利用水力学模拟,对不锈钢AOD转炉吹炼过程中熔池混合特性作了初步研究.模型和原型(包括喷枪)间的几何相似比为1/4.依据喷枪内气流特性参数的理论计算确定模型吹气量,并考察了侧枪数及枪位和侧、顶吹气量对混合特性的影响.结果表明,吹炼过程中液体循环运动活跃,熔池中不存在明显的"死区",混合效果良好.侧吹主枪气量对熔池内液体的混合起决定性的作用,适当增大侧吹副枪气量也可使混合效率提高,而顶枪气流使混合时间延长.对应于工艺规定的顶吹氧量,对于侧枪,5枪-22.5°或27°夹角,6枪-27°夹角都能达到大体相当的良好的混合效果.得到了混合时间与主、副侧枪及顶枪气量、两相邻侧枪间夹角和侧枪数的关系.
