综述连铸坯振痕形成机理,特别介绍了最近提出的一种新的振痕形成机理,认为连铸过程中结晶器振动导致初始凝固坯壳的"温度波动"是铸坯表面振痕形成的一个重要原因.为减轻振痕,改善连铸坯表面质量,介绍了多种振痕控制技术和最近提出的两种电磁连铸新技术:调幅磁场耦合结晶器振动的电磁连铸技术和调幅磁场下无结晶器振动的电磁连铸技术.
