从高斯晶粒的起源、晶粒抑制剂的作用以及织构和晶界的演变等几方面,介绍了近20年来高斯取向硅钢研究的成果,总结了初次退火对高斯取向硅钢最终退火的影响.对于用来解释二次再结晶过程中高斯晶粒生长的两种主要理论模型之重位点阵理论(CSL晶界)和高能晶界理论作了详述和比较.
