采用喷射成形技术制备Al-Si系合金可以明显细化初生Si相和显微组织,得到低偏析、高致密度、低含氧量且具有高性能的合金材料.主要介绍喷射成形技术的基本原理及其在Al-Si系合金的应用与研究现状,分析了目前存在的问题并提出了今后的发展方向.
