以羰基铁为铁源,制备了含铁SiC纤维,并经1800℃×5min烧成.分别以扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及其能谱仪(EDS)表征了烧成纤维的微观结构和微区成分.结果表明,烧成纤维由致密的晶粒区及较为疏松的晶间区两部分组成.前者的主要成分是SiC和Fe;后者则包括游离碳及SiCxOy.烧成纤维的微观组织仍然致密,表明其所含的少量铁具有明显促进SiC纤维高温致密化的作用.
