研究了尼古丁印迹聚合物(MIP)的制备及其对烟气中尼古丁的吸附能力与选择性.用扫描电镜观察了聚合物的表面特征,热重法分析了聚合物的热失重行为;测试了MIP对尼古丁的吸附热力学及选择吸附行为;液相色谱及气相色谱质谱用于对溶液及烟气的尼古丁及化学组成进行定性定量分析.测得吸附热为3.516kJ/mol,表明印迹聚合物对尼古丁的吸附是一个吸热过程.MIP对烟碱与吡啶的选择性系数为2.275,高于非印迹聚合物NIP(2.134).当用分子印迹聚合物、非印迹聚合物及硅胶为吸附剂时,烟气中尼古丁吸附率分别为94.81%、94.04%和66.19%,显示了印迹聚合物对烟气中尼古丁的高吸附能力.
