通过霉菌实验,研究霉菌侵蚀对醇酸树脂涂层外观和性能的影响规律以及百菌清(TPN)的加入对霉变的抑制作用.采用体式显微镜观察涂层长霉情况.扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜观察去除霉菌后涂层微观形貌.电化学交流阻抗谱法(EIS)研究霉菌实验后涂层耐蚀性变化.测试结果显示随霉菌实验时间增加,涂层微观表面粗糙度、起伏度增大,霉菌生长厚重区域有坑蚀产生,涂层耐蚀性下降.
