提出了一种新的多孔膜表面疏水化处理方法,通过超滤操作,使分散液中聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)颗粒沉积在PVDF中空纤维膜表面,然后进行干燥处理,利用PVDF材料特有的本体粘附效应,得到表面疏水化改性的PVDF膜.通过超声处理改性后的PVDF膜,验证了表面疏水层与基膜的结合稳定性.初步优化了涂覆工艺条件:预洗酒精体积浓度80%;预洗基膜时间120min;涂覆后膜丝干燥时间60min;PVDF颗粒固含量0.099%(质量分数);涂覆压力0.050MPa;涂覆时间30min.涂覆后PVDF中空纤维膜内表面接触角从(83±3)°提高至(144±3)°.涂覆后的膜应用于高污染的发酵液膜蒸馏中,抗亲水化时间从180min延长至380min.
