以N-十二烷基壳聚糖为原料,5%脯氨酸丙酸盐和2%的尿素为溶剂,考察了纺丝原液的浓度、凝固浴的组成与温度、拉伸比对纤维性能的影响.研究表明,7%的纺丝原液,凝固浴为4%的硫酸铵乙醇溶液,凝固浴温度为25℃,纤维拉伸比为1.45倍.所得到的纤维的机械强度为3.785cN/dT,伸长率为11.227%,挠曲强度为1.010cN/dT,初始模量为2.704cN/dT.
