采用固相法制备了 S、Eu2 O3共掺杂天然方钠石的橘黄荧光粉末 Na8 Al6 Si6 O24 Cl2∶S2-,Eux 3+(密度x=1%、3%、5%和10%(质量分数))。用 XRD对其结构进行了表征。研究了室温和低温下该粉末的激发光谱、发射光谱特性。在265nm 激发下的发射光谱包括由 Eu3+中4f6(5 D0)→4f6(7 FJ )(J=0、1、2、3、4)跃迁产生的、峰值在581~707nm 间的光谱带和由Mn2+的4T1→6A1跃迁产生的、峰值在496nm 的光谱带。改变方钠石掺杂的两种元素的质量分数研究了方钠石的发光特性。实验结果表明,S2-和 Eu3+离子之间有能量抵消。
The orange-colored phosphor powder of natural sodalite codoped with S2 - and Eu3+,Na8 Al6 Si6 O24 Cl2∶S2 -,Eux3+(x=1%,3%,5%,10wt%),were prepared by solid-state reaction method.The sample struc-ture was characterized using XRD.The photoluminescence excitation spectra and the emission spectra at room temperature and low temperature were investigated.The emission spectrum included at 581-625nm originating from the 4f6(5D0)→4f6(7FJ)(J=0,1,2,3,4)transition of Eu3+ and green light at 496nm originating from the 4 T1→6 A1 transition of Mn2+ under 294nm UV excitation.
