以含有季铵盐和羧基的聚合物为基体,通过水溶液聚合法引入不同单体,考察单体种类对季铵盐羧酸型复鞣固色剂性能的影响。红外光谱(FT-IR)结果表明,不饱和单体成功发生了聚合;X 射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,与聚合物基体相比,不同单体的引入均降低了复鞣固色剂的结晶度,提高了高分子链的柔软性;将其应用于绵羊皮服装革的复鞣工序,结果表明,在聚合物基体中引入丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEA)后,坯革的K/S值达到了16.461,耐干湿擦牢度和物理机械性能良好。

Retanning and fixing agents were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization based on polymer containing quaternary ammonium salts and carboxyl groups.The effect of monomer types on properties of ret-anning and fixing agents was investigated.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)results demonstra-ted that unsaturated monomers have polymerized successfully.The results of X-ray diffraction(XRD)showed that the crystallinity of retanning fixing agents was decreased compared with polymeric matrix due to the intro-ducing of different monomers,and then the softness of polymer chain was improved.Retanning and fixing agents were applied in retanning process of garment-leather of sheep.The application results showed that the addition of acrylic-2-hydroxyl ethyl ester (HEA)could endow resultant leather with good the dry and wet rub fastnesses,and the K/S value of the leather has reached to 16.461.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties of leather retanned with retanning and fixing agents have improved.
