采用溶胶-凝胶法制备得到 Nax Co2 O4(x=1.0、1.2、1.4、1.6、1.8和2.0)样品,并首次将其应用于超级电容器电极材料;经 XRD、SEM和电性能研究得出,制备出的Nax Co2 O4晶体均为层状结构,x=1.6时样品电容性能最好,在6mol/L NaOH 电解液中,0.25~0.7V 电压范围内,以50mA/g 的电流密度进行恒流充放电,比电容高达413F/g。
NaxCo2O4(x=1.0,1.2,1.4,1.6,1.8 and 2.0)samples were prepared by sol-gel method,and applied to the supercapacitor as electrode materials for the first time.The synthesized Nax Co2 O4 crystals were per-formed using XRD,SEM.Results indicated that they were all layered structure.The capacitance performance of NaxCo2O4(x=1.6)sample was the greatest and its specific discharge capacitance was 413F/g between 0.25 and 0.7V potential at 50mA/g current density in 6mol/L NaOH solution.
