采用超声辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了 La、Fe共掺杂TiO2/膨润土复合光催化材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱和紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(DRS)等测试技术对其进行了表征分析。在紫外光照射下,通过对 TNT 废水的光催化降解,考察其光催化活性。结果表明,La、Fe的共掺杂抑制了 TiO2的晶型转变和晶粒生长,增强了复合材料的吸光性能;适量的 La、Fe 共掺杂能提高复合材料的光催化性能,当 La 与 Fe 的掺杂量分别为0.5%和0.05%(摩尔分数),煅烧温度为400℃时,其光催化活性达到最佳效果。

Lanthanum and iron co-doped TiO2/bentonite composite photocatalyst was prepared by ultrasonic-as-sisted sol-gel method.The micro-structure of materials were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,IR spectroscopy and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy respectively.The activity of composite photocatalyst was e-valuated by degradation of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT).The results showed that lanthanum and iron co-doped could restrain the growing of the grain size and depress the change of the anatase phase.The absorption intensi-ties of lanthanum and iron co-doped TiO2/bentonite increased.Appropriate quantity of lanthanum and iron could enhace the photocatalytic activities of TiO2/bentonite composite photocatalyst.The photocatalystic activi-ty of the lanthanum and iron co-doped TiO2/bentonite composite photocatalyst doped with 0.5at% of lantha-num,0.05at% of iron and calcined under 400℃ was the best.
