将超声波和复合电沉积技术相结合制备了Cu-SiC复合电极材料,利用 SiC 颗粒高熔点、高导电性的特点探索对烧结 NdFeB 永磁体电火花的可加工性。研究了 Cu-SiC 电极对 NdFeB 永磁体加工效率、加工效果的影响规律。结果表明 SiC颗粒在火花放电中使电场产生畸变,降低了击穿电压,火花痕迹大而浅,表面粗糙度降低;同时提高了加工效率,降低了电极损耗。

Cu-SiC composition electrode was made by using electrodepositing method.Electrical discharge ma-chining of sintered NdFeB magnet was studied by using high melting point and good conductivity of SiC.Machi-ning efficiency,quality and electrode erosion resistance were studied.Results show that Cu-SiC electrode could increase material removal rate,improve surface quality and decrease surface roughness and erosion resistance.
