制备了一系列不同结构的聚酰亚胺膜及其负载钌纳米簇杂化膜,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、透射电子显微镜、X 射线光电子能谱、差示扫描量热仪、WSM-20 kN、气体透过率测定仪等对钌纳米簇、聚酰亚胺膜以及杂化膜进行了结构表征及性能测试。结果表明,钌纳米簇分散均匀,平均粒径1.01 nm;杂化膜中的Ru与聚酰亚胺上的 N 和 O 之间存在一定程度的配位;杂化膜与纯聚酰亚胺膜相比,热性能、机械性能均提高,透气性能(H2和CO)下降。
A series of PI films and hybrid Ru/PI films were fabricated,FT-IR,TEM,XPS,DSC,WSM-20 kN and gas permeance instrument were used to characterize the structures and properties of Ru-cluster,PI films and Ru/PI hybrid films.Experimental results showed that the average diameter of the Ru particles was about 1.01 nm,these Ru particles may coordinate with N and O in polyimide,and after adding Ru-cluster,the ther-mal and mechanical properties of the hybrid membranes increased,but the gas permeation performance(H2 and CO)decreased.
