碱金属铌酸盐(KNN)系无铅压电陶瓷因其优异的压电介电性能,尤其是以准同型相界(MPB)或多晶型相界(PPB)附近优越的压电性能受到极为深入和广泛的研究。结合近年相关文献报导,综述了 KNN基无铅压电陶瓷的组分设计和相界构建与性能调控的最新研究进展;概括总结了相界构建与组分的依赖关系;阐述了组分设计和相界构建在无铅压电陶瓷研究领域中的重要意义;分析并展望了相界构建在无铅压电陶瓷中的研究前景。

Potassium sodium niobate (KNN)based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics,which have superior piezoe-lectric and dielectric properties especially for the compositions near their morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) or polymorphic phase boundary (PPB),have been deeply and widely researched.In this paper,the dependence of the phase-boundary building and composition design for KNN based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were summarized and the recent progress of the composition design with phase-boundary building and properties’ad-justment are reviewed according to the related reports.The significances of the composition design and phase-boundary building in the field of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were explained,and the research prospects of the phase-boundary building in lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were also prodicted in this paper.
