通过传统固相法合成了四方相结构、晶粒平均尺寸1~2μm 且化学组成约为 Pb0.93 La0.07(Zr0.52, Ti0.48)O 3的铁电陶瓷试样.利用自制的电加载装置与常规 XRD 测试仪器联用,在不同外加直流电场作用下实现了陶瓷试样的原位 XRD 测试,通过分析(002)和(200)的相对峰强变化,计算了90°畴转向率,并与非原位 XRD 测试得到的数据进行比较,初步分析了外加电场卸载前后铁电陶瓷的电致畴变行为.结果表明,高达7%的 a 畴在电场卸载瞬间会发生回转.

The nominal composition of Pb0.9 3 La0.07 (Zr0.5 2 ,Ti0.48 )O 3 ferroelectric ceramics with the average grain size of 1-2 μm in tetragonal structure was prepared through a conventional solid-state synthesis route.The in-si-tu XRD measurements under the applications of different DC electric fields were carried out by employing a self-made electric loading device and a commercial X-ray diffractometer.The percentages of 90° domain switching were calculated through the analyses in relative peak intensities of (002)and (200),and compared with those obtained by ex-situ measurements.The behaviors of electric induced domain switching before and after the ap-plications of electric fields were preliminary investigated.It was found that a domains as high as 7% would re-orient right after the moment by unloading electric field.
