采用直接反应烧结法制备了(Ba1-x Cax )(Ti0.85 Zr0.15)O 3无铅压电陶瓷,分析了不同的 Ca 含量时陶瓷的晶相结构、微观结构、密度及电性能.结果表明,采用直接反应烧结法制备的(Ba1-x Cax )(Ti0.85 Zr0.15)O3无铅压电陶瓷具有纯的钙钛矿相结构;微观结构致密,晶粒大小比较均匀,陶瓷样品出现较大的直径收缩率(25%左右);随着 Ca 含量的增加陶瓷的居里温度略微降低,室温介电常数出现较大增加,压电常数变大,其中 x =0.15时压电性能最好,d 33为208 pC/N.
(Ba1 -x Cax )(Ti0.85 Zr0.1 5 )O 3 (x =0-0.15)lead-free piezoceramics were prepared by direct reaction sinte-ring method.The phase structure,microstructure,density and electrical properties of the ceramics with differ-ent Ca contents were analyzed.The ceramics prepared by direct reaction sintering method possessed pure per-ovskite phase structure.The ceramics showed compact microstructure and large diameter shrinkage.The Curie temperatures of the samples slightly decreased for all the samples.The piezoelectric constant d 3 3 increased grad-ually with increasing the Ca content.When x =0.15 the sample possessed largest piezoelectric constant of 208 pC/N.
