通过氯甲基化聚苯硫醚纤维与 N-甲基咪唑的功能化接枝改性制得一种新型强碱离子交换纤维.运用响应面法对其制备工艺进行了优化研究,依据单因素实验,选取反应时间、反应温度和物料比为影响因子,进行了 Box-Behnken 3因素3水平设计实验.实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为反应温度50℃,氯甲基化聚苯硫醚纤维和 N-甲基咪唑的物料比为1∶3.4,反应时间为8.3 h,在此工艺条件下,经回归方程计算强碱纤维交换容量为3.92 mmol/g,回归模型的预测值与实测值的相对误差为0.77%.
N-methylimidazolium functionalized strong basic anion exchange fiber was prepared by chloromethyl-atedpolyphenylene sulfide fiber.Response surface methodology (RSM)was employed to optimizepreparation process.According to the results of mono-factors experiment,three-factors-three-levels Box-Behnken experi-ments design were applied.The reaction time,temperature and the ratio of reactant were chosen as impact fac-tors.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were temperature 50 ℃,the ratio of reactant 1∶3.4,and reaction time 8.3 h.In this case,the exchange capacity of the fiber was 3.92 mmol/g,the relative error was 0.77%,and it was feasible method.
