针对市政污水处理厂水中病菌含量较高的问题,为降低水中病菌含量,结合国内外相关研究,应借助无机阳离子去除大肠杆菌,将其载入天然沸石来调控其颗粒表面和孔径大小,以提高抗菌性能.主要制备不同载入顺序的银-锌复合沸石并测其负载率和抗菌率,结果表明先银后锌载入顺序制备的复合沸石效果最佳,银离子负载率提高了3.2%且抗菌率较高,可达到96.36%. SEM-EDS 能谱分析表明抗菌沸石的表面出现显著变化,比表面积和孔径分布测试结果表明抗菌沸石的比表面积和孔径都有所减小.
According to the problem of higher water bacteria content in the municipal sewage treatment plant,to reduce bacteria content of water,combined with domestic and international relevant research,put inorganic cat-ion into the natural zeolite to remove escherichia coli,loading in natural zeolite to adj ust and control zeolite par-ticle surface and pore size,to improve antibacterial properties.This experiment mainly test the loading efficien-cy and bactericidal rate of composite zeolite of different silver-zinc ion adding order,we get the result that the best ion loading efficiency was which adding zinc nitrate after silver nitrate,it increases 3.2% and the highest an-tibacterial rate can reach 9 6 .3 6%.The results of SEM-EDS analysis show that the surface of antibacterial zeolite was obviously changed.Specific surface area and pore size both reduced through the related examination.
