主要研究阳极电沉积法制备的掺杂 Mo、F e、V 等不同元素 Mn 复合氧化物电极电解海水过程中的电催化活性和稳定性。阳极电沉积法制备了Mn-Mo ,Mn-Mo-F e ,Mn-Mo-V和 Mn-F e-V 4种不同元素掺杂的 Mn 复合氧化物阳极材料。X 射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和析氧效率分析表明,Mn-Mo、Mn-Mo-V、Mn-Mo-F e、Mn-F e-V 阳极材料均为γ-MnO2晶型,初始析氧效率均可以达到99%以上;电解海水过程中 Mn-F e-V 阳极最稳定,能保持较高的析氧效率,电极析氧效率下降的主要原因是阳极表面的溶解和剥落。

Preparations of Mn-Mo,Mn-Mo-V,Mn-Mo-Fe and Mn-Fe-V anodes anodically deposited for oxygen evolution over chlorine evolution in seawater electrolysis are carried out.XRD and FESEM analysis reveal that the prepared oxide electrodes have aγ-MnO2 structure.The initial oxygen evolution efficiencies are all close to 100%.The Mn-Fe-V anode was the most stable electrode during the seawater electrolysis,and it could keep high efficiency for oxygen evolution during electrolysis.The main reason for the decrease of oxygen evolution efficiency was dissolution and peeling off of the manganese oxides during electrolysis.
