基于制革过程中铝锆鞣制废弃物制备铝锆双氧化物(Al2 O3-ZrO2),采用Al2 O3-ZrO2负载MMT片层制备铝锆双氧化物/蒙脱土(Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT)纳米复合材料。采用 X 射线衍射(XRD )、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对 Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT 纳米复合材料进行表征,并对吸附 Cr3+影响因素进行分析。结果表明,Al2 O3-ZrO2进入 MMT 的片层间,所制备的 Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT 纳米复合材料属于插层型,吸附后的Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT 表面有Cr3+存在,吸附Cr3+主要以表面吸附、离子交换和静电吸附为主;p H 值<4时,Cr3+的去除以吸附为主,p H 值>4时, Cr3+的去除以碱沉淀和吸附共同作用完成;含 Cr3+废水中 Na+和 Ca2+离子的存在会抑制 Al2 O3-TiO2/MMT对Cr3+的吸附。

A nanocomposite absorbent of Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT was produced by inserting Al2 O3-ZrO2 into the gal-leries of MMT,and the Al2 O3-ZrO2 was received form the waste of Al-Zr tanning agent when making leather. The Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT nanocomposite was characterized by XRD,TEM and SEM.The factors that infect the adsorb process of Cr3+ was also analysis in paper.The researching results were as follow:the type of Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT nanocomposite adsorbent was intercalated for Al2 O3-ZrO2 inserting into the galleries of MMT, Cr3+ was on the surface of adsorbed Al2 O3-ZrO2/MMT,the adsorb process were mainly surface adsorption,ion exchange and electrostatic adherence;when pH<4,Cr3+ was mostly removed by adsorbing;when pH>4,the removal of Cr3+ was worked by the cooperation of alkali precipitation and adsorbing;the adsorbing of Cr3+ to Al2 O3-TiO2/MMT was restrained when Na+and Ca2+ was existing in the wastewater.
