选用水溶性高分子聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)修饰石墨烯(GN),增强石墨烯的水溶性和分散性;利用层层自组装法制备{PEI-GN/PW12}n 复合膜,并以此为基底膜,用循环伏安法原位电沉积制备 Pt 纳米簇负载的复合膜催化剂。紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术表征复合膜催化剂组成、形貌和结构。循环伏安法(CV)、计时电流法(It)、CO 溶出伏安法及电化学阻抗等电化学方法研究结果表明,该纳米复合膜催化剂对甲醇氧化具有良好的电催化活性、稳定性及抗 CO 毒化能力。

Graphene (GN)was functionalized by the water-soluble polymer polyethyleneimine (PEI)to enhance its solubility and dispersity.The {PEI-GN/PW1 2 }n composite films composed of functionalized graphene (PEI-GN)and phosphotungstic acid (H 3 PW1 2 O 40 ,PW1 2 for short)were prepared by LBL electrostatic assembly technique,and then it was used as a substrate for electro-deposition Pt nanoparticles cluster in-situ by cyclic voltammetry.The fabricated composite films were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV-Vis),X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)and scanning electron microscope (SEM).Cyclic voltammetry (CV),chronoamperometry (It),CO stripping voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS)analysis show that the Pt/{PEI-GN/PW1 2 }n has superior eletro-catalytic activity,sta-bility and ability to resist CO poisoning regarding methanol oxidation.
