利用辐照还原法在500kGy 辐照剂量下制备了金属 Pd 掺杂 MF 有机气凝胶。通过 XRD、SEM和TEM测试证实了辐照法成功地制备出Pd掺杂MF有机气凝胶复合物。SEM 和 TEM 照片表明辐照处理后不但在 MF 气凝胶骨架中形成了金属颗粒,还在MF气凝胶表面形成了金属的团聚颗粒。N2吸附数据分析表明掺入金属 Pd后,MF 气凝胶的比表面积、总孔体积、微孔体积和介孔体积都减少了,但介孔体积比微孔体积减少的量要多,说明还原生成的金属颗粒主要填充了MF有机气凝胶中的介孔。

Pd-doped MF aerogels was prepared by radiation method in 500 kGy radiation dose,which was con-firmed by XRD,SEM and TEM.SEM and TEM images showed that not only a great number of Pd particles presented in the network of MF but also some agglomerated particles of Pd presented on the surface of MF.Ni-trogen adsorption data analysis showed that the specific surface area,total pore volume,micropore volume and mesopore volume of MF aerogels decreased after Pd doping.The decrease of mesopore volume was more than micropore volume,which means most of Pd particles filled the mesopore of MF aerogels.
