采用 SEM、AFM、FT-IR、XRD 和 TGA 对新型芳纶材料对位芳纶沉析纤维的表面形貌、化学结构、结晶程度和热学特性4个方面进行了分析检测,为研究对位芳纶沉析纤维的结构性能奠定实验基础,有利于其作为复合增强材料的广泛应用。结果表明,对位芳纶沉析纤维是非粒状且尺寸较小,外形上既像纤维又像薄膜,表面粗糙,形态柔顺;纤维具有仲酰胺结构特征;纤维结晶度为28.55%,非晶化的成分较多,且晶粒尺寸较小;纤维初始分解温度为490℃, TG10%为550℃,分子链结构稳定,热学性能优异。
The surface morphology,chemical structure,degree of crystallinity and thermal properties of Para-aramid fibrid were studied by using SEM,AFM,FT-IR,XRD and TGA.This paper was used to offer an ex-perimental foundation for promoting its extensive use as one kind of composite reinforced materials.Results in-dicated that Para-aramid fibrid was non-granular and small-sized,it had a fiber or film looking,roughness sur-face,supple shape.The fiber had a secondary amide structure,and its crystallinity was 28.55 percent.As a re-sult,it contained amounts of amorphous compositions,and the crystalline size in fibers was tiny.The initial de-composition temperature of fiber was 490 ℃,TG10% was 550 ℃,thus demonstrated its stable molecular chain structure and excellent thermal properties.
