通过添加表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸(DB-SA)包覆锶铁氧体,在1-丁醇中制备了稳定的悬浮液并成功进行电泳沉积锶铁氧体膜。利用zeta电位仪分析了悬浮液的稳定性,利用红外光谱分析仪(FT-IR)分析了DBSA对锶铁氧体的包覆情况,利用 X射线分析仪(XRD)分析了膜的组分,利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)获得了膜的显微形貌和膜厚,利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试了膜的磁性能,结果表明,由DBSA 包覆锶铁氧体在1-丁醇中的 zeta 电位为87 mV,沉积膜厚9.44μm,矫顽力为366.16 kA/m,饱和磁化强度为42 A·m2/kg,剩磁比为0.56。利用该方法制备的膜可用于微波环行器、隔离器等微波非互易器件的制备。
In this paper we prepared of stable strontium ferrite suspensions.The stability of the magnetic stron-tium ferrite particles was increased by the addition of a surfactant dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA).The stable suspensions of the strontium ferrite particles were obtained in 1-butanol,and these were then used for a subsequent electrophoretic deposition.The stability of the suspension was analyzed by zeta potential measure-ments.The combination of DBSA with strontium ferrite was analyzed by infrared spectrum analyzer (FT-IR). The structure of the film was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD).The morphology and thickness of the film were obtained by a field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM)and the magnetic properties of the film were analyzed by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).The results showed that:electrophoresis dep-osition of strontium ferrite film was feasible.The zeta potential of the suspension in 1-butanol was 87 mV.The thickness of the film by electrophoretic deposition was 9.44μm.The coercivity was 366.16 kA/m,with the sat-uration magnetization 42 A·m2/kg and the remanence ratio 0.56.The film can be potentially applied in circula-tors and isolaters at microwave frequencies.
