以四氯化锡和三氯化锑制备纳米 ATO 粒子,再将其分散到热固型绝缘树脂中得到导电浆料,涂布在铝基上经干燥后得到具有一定电阻率的功能薄膜,在此薄膜表面依次涂布预涂层、载流子产生层和传输层,可获得带电能力高、暗衰减率小、残余电位低、光敏性优良的激光 OPC 器件。考察了纳米 ATO 粒子含量对薄膜电阻率、表面带电能力以及 OPC器件性能的影响。结果表明 ATO 固含量在60%~70%、膜厚为12~14μm 时,薄膜的电阻率为107~109Ω·cm,机械性能和耐环境性能优异。以此为基体制备的最优OPC 器件V0=795.95 V,Vr =37.01V,DDR=26.27 V/s,E1/2=7.69 cm2/μJ。

ATO nanopowders were prepared with SnCl4 ·5 H2 O and SbCl3 .Then nanopowders were dispersed into the insulating thermosetting resins to produce conductive slurry.Conductive coating with certain resistivity was finally obtained by painting the slurry on an aluminum surface.An organic photoconductor (OPC)appara-tus was constituted by painting a pre-coating layer,a charge generating layer and a transporting layer succes-sively above the conductive layer.The OPC apparatus showed excellent characteristics such as high charging ca-pacity,small dark decay rate,low residual potential and superior photosensitivity.Effects of ATO content on the film resistance,the film surface chargeability and performance of OPC apparatus were studied.It was con-cluded that the film with solid content of 60%-70% and film thickness of 12-14μm showed excellent mechanical properties and capacity preventing environmental influence.The resistivity of the appropriate film was 107-109Ω· cm.Performance parameters of the optimal OPC apparatus are V0=795.95 V,Vr=37.01 V,DDR=26.27 V/s,E1/2=7.69 cm2/μJ.
